Your Six Day Culinary Tour^*

Arrive on your own the day before. Check in at your scheduled lodging.

Day One:

8:30 AM Breakfast at lodging. Be sure to check the sunrise times!

10:00 to 12:00 Local art gallery visits.

12:00 to 1:00 Lunch at a selected Homer restaurant with recommendations.

Begins at 2:30 Culinary arts instruction from a working professional chef.

4:00 to 6:30 Sunset viewing. On your own to explore Homer.
Don't miss a good walk or drive on Homer's Spit!

7:30 to 9:30 Dinner at a selected restaurant with gourmet recommendations.
Meet your chef!

9:30 to 10:30 Daily recap. Relax with an Alaska video, TV, a good book, or
talk to an Alaskan!

Day Two:

8:30 AM Travel to a different Bed & Breakfast or local restaurant
for breakfast.

10:00 to 12:00 Homer Art class of your choice including art class by
a working Homer professional artist, pottery making class,
glass mosaics, tai chi, or other classes as available.
Or visit the Bay Club for a good workout!

12:00 to 1:00 Lunch at a selected Homer restaurant with recommendations.

Begins at 1:30 Culinary art instruction from a working professional chef.

3:15 to 4:00 Sled dog rides on Beluga Lake, or just come and take pictures!

4:00 to 6:30 Sunset viewing. On your own to explore Homer.

7:30 to 9:30 Dinner at a selected restaurant with gourmet recommendations.

9:30 to 10:30 Daily recap. Relax with an Alaska video, TV, a good book,
or talk to an Alaskan!

Day Three:

8:30 AM Travel to a different Bed & Breakfast or local restaurant

2:30 to 4:00 Wine tasting class at Homestead Restaurant.

4:00 to 6:30 Pratt Museum. On your own to explore Homer.

7:30 to 9:30 Dinner at a selected restaurant with gourmet recommendations.

Day Four:

8:30 AM Travel to a different Bed & Breakfast or local restaurant
for breakfast.

12:00 to 1:00 Lunch at a selected Homer restaurant with recommendations.

2:30 to 4:30 Tour the Bear Creek Winery, Homer Brewery, and Homer's
Meadery.

5:00 to 6:30 Healthy eating speakers.

7:30 to 9:30 Dinner at a selected restaurant with gourmet recommendations.

Day Five:

8:30 AM Breakfast at Home, or travel to a different B&B as available.

10:00 to 12:00 Last opportunity for a Homer Art class of your choice including art
class by a working Homer professional artist, pottery making class,
glass mosaics, tai ji, or other classes as available.

12:00 to 1:00 Lunch at a selected Homer restaurant with recommendations.

Homer, Alaska on your own or your Travel Day.
We can help you plan additional time in Homer
or other Alaska destinations.
